IN OCT 16, 2016 DR’s Jain and Jain published the Wild-Five Study on mental and physical wellness. Test study evidenced that persons performing five things daily for thirty days improved in health (per lab testing) and mental health (per mental health questionnaire measurement). Positive mental and health strategies improve your health and immunity, preventing Pathogen (PAMP) and Damage (DAMP)-associated molecular break-down (free-radical oxidation) physiologically. On the other hand, fear, anxiety, anger and panic increase an alert chemical known as Cortisol, which lowers immunity and increases health resistance.

- Mild exercise keeps brain, immune and gastro-intestinal systems running
- Establish and follow a sleep routine (unscreened blue light from electronic devices interfere with sleep routine, so use a yellow filter, cover your device, or wear yellow lenses)
- Utilize healthy snacks and nutrition, using raw vegetable cuts, fruit, cheese, nuts and other protein, and boost your meals to a Mediterranean style (fish, meat, vegi’s) or Paleo. Remember Keto diets can harm your kidneys if you are renally compromised.
- Every good computer (and your mind and body are one) requires a daily reboot. So practice mindfulness, that is: 3 minutes of refocus, coloring, de-stress breathing while rolling a soft object or rubber-ball in the palms of your hands.
- Maintain daily contact with others. Call, text, face-time with others, encourage and support others. Boost one another!
